Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using FieldPowerCX, you agree to these Terms. You must be able to enter a binding contract and, when using the service for an organization, have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe third-party rights, or use the service to violate law.
Professional review and safety
FieldPowerCX is an assistive tool, not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. AI-generated scripts, recommendations, calculations, standards references, and other outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. A qualified, authorized professional must review, approve, and adapt all outputs before field execution. You remain responsible for safety, code compliance, permits, lockout/tagout, energized-work controls, manufacturer requirements, and site procedures.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew for the stated subscription period unless canceled. Fees, usage limits, and included features are shown at purchase or in an order form. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise commitments, if any, are governed by the applicable signed order form or service agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. FieldPowerCX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, nonpayment, or unlawful use. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
