We collect account details such as your name, work email, organization, authentication records, subscription and billing status, product usage, support communications, and the project files and information you choose to upload or create.
How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve FieldPowerCX; process subscriptions; generate requested AI-assisted outputs; prevent abuse; communicate service updates; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
AI processing
When you request AI features, relevant prompts and project content may be sent to our contracted AI service providers to produce the requested result. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before field use.
Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, analytics, email, and AI processing. They process data on our behalf under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits. Organization administrators may control workspace data. Contact us to exercise a request.
